Integer Expansion

As our business integration of Commander Mid Coast nears completion we are delighted to announce and welcome Shannon Smith who has joined us at this exciting time.

Shannon is a vastly experienced local telecoms specialist and will greatly enhance our expanding team with his enthusiasm and understanding of the industry.

We are expanding locally as we have built resilience into our own business with a unified team approach. Unlike other support specialist, where clients deal with one person for all enquiries, we have a dedicated helpdesk where customer sites are documented and can be supported by multiple Integer employees depending on the nature of the support required. Thus, if an employee has the audacity to go on holiday, is unwell or on site elsewhere there is a whole team who can assist.

With Proactive IT Support being our heritage, we are now well versed in supporting Data/Telecoms converged systems across the same IT infrastructure.
