NBN Enterprise Ethernet Announcement
Integer IT was very proud to be part of the National NBN Enterprise Ethernet announcement presented in Port Macquarie this week by MP’s Paul Fletcher, Mark Coulton, Patrick Conaghan, and the NBN team led by Gavin Williams (Chief Development Officer, Regional and Remote).
Our region being part of this massive investment represents a significant boost to the local economy. Regional businesses can now adopt services at the same price point as businesses in the major cities without the initial fibre installation cost.
As both an IT service provider and supplier of NBN circuits, we are very excited about the services we can now enable for – and on behalf of – our clients.
Being regionally based, our IT solutions to date have been limited by the lack of resilient data speeds at an affordable price point. This announcement will transform how we all do business in the future.
Integer IT envisage many advantages for regional businesses, including:
- Crystal clear, lag-free audio and video on conferencing services such as Zoom and Skype;
- Remote workers having seamless, uninterrupted access to office data and resources;
- Greater capabilities for rapid backup and restoration of critical data;
- Increased capabilities for IT infrastructure to be hosted offsite, resulting in reduced power and space consumption from that of traditional communications infrastructure
Contact us now to take advantage of this initiative, as migrations to these new super-fast connections can typically take 90-120 days to implement.
