Managed Services

Technology support that stays close to the business.

Support users, systems and core technology through a clear service model, backed by experienced people and practical lifecycle planning.

Helpdesk & onsite support

Expert IT support when you need it — wherever you need it.

Integer IT provides responsive helpdesk support backed by experienced technicians who understand your business and your technology environment. Most issues can be resolved quickly and securely through remote support, minimising disruption and keeping your team productive.

When an issue requires a physical presence, our technicians can attend your workplace to diagnose, resolve and implement solutions that cannot be delivered remotely.

Co-Managed IT

Your internal knowledge, backed by broader specialist capability.

Co-managed IT is where Integer IT works alongside a client’s in-house IT personnel to create one operating model, combining the benefits of internal business knowledge with critical application support and external expertise.

Your on-site IT resource can remain focused on the day-to-day applications and systems that keep the business operational, while Integer IT provides additional capacity, specialist skills, security expertise, monitoring, backup and strategic guidance.

This collaborative approach provides greater capability, improved security and faster access to specialist support without the cost of building a large internal IT team. Together, Integer IT and your internal IT resource form a stronger technology team focused on a secure, reliable and efficient environment.
