Garry King – Director

Garry acquired Integer IT in 2017 and has 35yrs + of IT experience within large corporate, data centre, global software procurement and SMB environments, delivering secure IT solutions coupled with business continuity and service delivery. He has completed 8 IT related business acquisitions and wishes to consider more.

Garry loves being in, on and under water, family, travel, the occasional glass of red wine and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Tim Shields – Service Delivery Manager

Started at Integer IT in 2022 and brings over 25 years of experience to the team from government and SMB IT manager roles as well as the IT Managed Service sector as a project coordinator. Tim has multiple project management accreditations as well as a plethora of IT technical examination certificates.

Tim enjoys car racing, rugby union and yacht racing. On his days off Tim keeps fit with hiking, paddle boarding and swimming.

David Kahn – Chief Technology Officer

David joined Integer IT in 2024, bringing over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. With expertise spanning across programming, database design, networking, infrastructure, disaster recovery, and security, he possesses a comprehensive understanding of the diverse needs of our clients. His background in large corporate and enterprise IT environments positions him to enhance Integer IT’s service offerings, particularly in the areas of efficiency and security.

Outside of work, David is passionate about team sports and enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his family. His weekends are typically filled with camping, hiking, and exploring new destinations with his children.

Janice Tragico- Client Services

Janice joined us in July 2024 with 20 years of experience in IT.Janice has numerous IT related qualifications which includes Diploma in IT Networking completed in 2018.
Janice has an experience as a remote technical support for Telecommunications company and onsite technical support within the aged care sector.
Her experiences in IT, Sales and Customer service are vital to her role as a Client Services.
When not at work, Janice loves spending time with her family, her dog, often can be found gardening in her backyard and caring for her collection of indoor plants. She also enjoys cooking, singing, travel and social events with family and friends.

Lucie King – Accounts

Lucie started at Integer at its inception in 2017 and has 25 years’ experience as a family and criminal lawyer, becoming head of private client for a large legal practice in the UK. Lucie’s responsibilities extend to HR, bookkeeping, paying all bills and importantly the team as well as all legal matters.

Lucie is learning French and playing the piano and enjoys dog walking on the beach.

Mark Tarrant- IT Technical Lead

Mark has over 25 years’ experience in IT, 16yrs of which were in his last position working for a Sydney based MSP as a Senior Systems Engineer.   He has attained several IT certifications over the years including Microsoft MCSE, VMWARE VCP, and Cisco CCNA and has a wealth of knowledge in Azure migrations for businesses that require 24/7 operational facilities.

Mark has a private pilot’s license and enjoys reading and bush walking.

Yu Wang

Yu joined Integer IT in 2025, relocating to Port Macquarie from the Gold Coast. He brings over 10 years of experience in MSP and internal IT with a diverse range of clients, such as commercial businesses, government agencies, healthcare, childcare, retirement communities, accounting, finance, and legal services. He has a special interest in networking, cyber security, virtualisation, and process improvement. It is his goal to build safe, robust and reliable systems for the clients.

Yu spends his personal time on DIY, hiking and travelling. Museums are a must-go when he visits a new place.

Shane Green- Senior Engineer

Shane joined in 2022 when Integer acquired Mid Coast IT and has over 25 years in the IT support industry supporting local business and is a 3CX Advance engineer.

Shane likes Rugby League, music, fishing, crabbing, boating and camping with friends and spending time with his wife and dog.

Venkatesh (Venky) Elangovan – Helpdesk Team Leader

Venky joined Integer IT in October 2025 and leads the Helpdesk with a calm, customer-first approach. With 9+ years across enterprise Microsoft environments, he blends hands-on troubleshooting with coaching and process improvement to keep tickets moving and customers happy. His strengths include ITIL-aligned operations, Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, Intune endpoint management, knowledge sharing, and light-touch automation to remove friction from day-to-day support.

When he’s off the clock, Venky loves hiking, travelling, exploring new spots, and discovering new food experiences.

Brayden Heath- Helpdesk

Brayden started work at Integer in 2024 and has a passion to learn and develop within the IT space. He has completed his TAFE Certificate IV in Information Technology and Networking and is a Kaseya Certified Technician in IT Glue.

Brayden enjoys music, fishing, drifting, and hanging out with friends.

Derek Archer – Helpdesk

Derek has a wealth of IT experience and joined Integer in January 2025 after a break from IT, having previously been an IT service team leader. He enjoys working with technology and has a passion for problem solving.

In his spare time he enjoys bikepacking, hiking, camping and is a committed environmentalist
 

Bhumika Koirala- Helpdesk

Bhumika graduated with a master’s degree in Information Technology from Charles Sturt University in 2024 and joined Integer in September 2025.
She is excited to learn, grow, and contribute as part of the Integer team in supporting our clients.

In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, listening to music, and travelling to new places whenever she has the chance.
