INTEGER IT ACQUIRES MID COAST IT

Acquisition News 1st December  

Integer IT has acquired well respected and long-established Midcoast IT, both support companies operate from Port Macquarie.  

Integer IT is a leading Proactive IT Service provider in the Mid North Coast, whilst Midcoast IT has been servicing the local area for over 25 years.  

Garry King at Integer said:  

“We are excited that our team approach will be enhanced with Midcoast IT’s employees joining our expanding support team and we look forward to diligently supporting their clients under our umbrella.  

We specialise in supporting and securely protecting our client’s data and IT infrastructure so we shall complement each other extremely well.” 

David Bagust added:

Operationally its business as usual with the Midcoast support numbers being diverted to the Integer IT Helpdesk where the combined team will work from in Lake Road.
