Meet the Team
One of the advantages of IT & Telephony being supported by Integer IT is we have dedicated individuals to answer and triage IT issues via our helpdesk as an extension to our client’s business. We answer the phone as ‘IT’, and for more problematic issues we escalate to some of the senior technical and project engineers. Currently our team have close to 175 years of collective IT experience.
As a lot of the work is remote and goes unseen (security patching, resolving backups, firewall maintenance- the list is lengthy) some clients only get to meet the team during a project or a site installation. Therefore, I would like to introduce our team so you can put face to the name and the voice on a support call.
We fully support the team approach and centralised IT documentation to facilitate quicker resolutions and caution when required. Most IT support businesses in our region have 1 or 2 people, which can be problematic as those individuals can be on site, on holiday, or unwell when needed most and support can fall away during these periods.
